Spirituality: Why it’s an indicator of overall wellness

In this short video, I discuss one of the 5 pillars that constitute health: Movement, Sleep, Spirituality, Nutrition and Mental/Emotional Health.

Spirituality is an integral part of who we all are as human beings. Whether you affiliate with a particular religion/denomination or are agnostic/atheistic…we all believe in something.

With spirituality being a facet of who we are, if we are disconnected from it, angry from how it was portrayed to us as child or went through spiritual abuse…this is essential to our overall health.
